Top Gacha Games Performance in Mexico, Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the top five gacha games in Mexico demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

8 Ball Pool™ by Miniclip.com showed a strong performance with its weekly revenue reaching approximately $33.6K at the end of September. Downloads saw a peak of around 115.8K in the week of September 23, while weekly active users increased steadily, culminating in about 1.7M by the end of the quarter.

Metal Slug: Awakening-Season2 from HaoPlay Limited experienced a notable decline in both downloads and active users. After an initial surge of approximately 303K downloads in mid-July, the numbers tapered off to around 17.3K by the end of September. Revenue peaked at about $30.8K in mid-August before decreasing to roughly $23K at the quarter's close.

Last War:Survival by FUNFLY PTE. LTD. maintained a consistent revenue flow, ending the quarter with approximately $78K. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable increase to about 61.4K in the last week of September. Weekly active users demonstrated a positive trend, growing steadily from 761K to over 1M by the end of the quarter.

Asphalt 8: Airborne from Gameloft showed moderate revenue figures, ranging between $1K and $1.9K throughout the quarter. Downloads peaked at approximately 76.6K in mid-August but saw a decline towards the end of September. Active users reached a high of nearly 178K in late August before settling at around 118K by the quarter's end.

Nintendo's Mario Kart Tour saw its revenue peak at approximately $6.7K in mid-September. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of about 66.7K in early July, and weekly active users ended the quarter at around 144K.
